India has a high rate of unemployment for a number of reasons, one ofwhich is the quality of the educational system. The British colonial power built oureducational system to generate people who follow their orders without questioning them. The British empire influenced how people thought. They did succeed inruling India for 200 years thanks to the education system. Following independence,successive government also opposed people acquiring knowledge and wisdom bynot quashing the British education system completely, and the colonial educationalsystem has persisted to this day.

The type of workforce now needed by business places some impact on theeducational system. The emphasis in industry is now more on skill than degree.Top global companies of the world are eyeing on skilled people rather than degreeholders. Courses are being created to help students improve their skills. Byopening an increasing number of skill development centres across India, the government is advancing its mission for skill development. Skill developmentcourses are being clubed with old conventional degree programmes to enablestudents ready for industry.

Old methods are going to become obsolete as new fields emerge. Newprospects are made possible by the development of computer technology and itsdynamism. People using technology to their advantage and people with traditionalways of thinking getting lost. ICT, or information and communication technology,has now impacted every aspect of life, making things simpler and easier. In thenot-too-distant future, computer chips will be implanted into the brain and tinyrobots will enter the body to mend bodily harm.

Young people who are on the verge of making a career decision musttherefore experience the changes and development taking place in the globe.Regardless of the field one selects, ICT expertise is a necessity. Skill now speaks,not degree. Regardless of educational background, large firms are looking for talented people.

Some new fields that are developing quickly include data sciences, dataanalytics, block chain, cloud computing, social media content creation, socialmedia marketing, etc. All of these fields have a large work force demand and cansignificantly reduce unemployment. One can acquire these skills sitting in hisroom with having a computer and internet connection and earn as well sitting in hisroom working as freelancer.

Platforms like Coursera, Upgrad, Udemy, NPTEL, and others that providecourses from Indian and international institutions are at the fingertips of a youngman who wants to learn knowledge and skills. Regardless of their location, skilledpeople can register on websites like Fiver, Freelancer, Upwork, etc. to find asuitable freelancing job. Many organisations now prefer remote employees particularly those in the information and software industries, which provideworkers the freedom to carry out their tasks whichever way they want.

Now, students and their parents must comprehend that the period ofgovernment employment is coming to an end and that the traditional method ofeducation is time-consuming and ineffective. In the private sector, there arecountless chances, but all they require is a trained staff with dynamism since in thisrapidly changing world, employees must stay up to date or risk becoming obsoleteand left behind.

SC recognises marital rape, unmarried women’s rights.

The Supreme Court’s landmark ruling that the marital status of a woman cannot be grounds to deprive her of the right to abort an unwanted pregnancy is a significant moment in the quest for personal autonomy and reproductive choices. The apex court’s interpretation of provisions of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act leaves no room for any distinction between married and unmarried women. The concept is constitutionally unsustainable, the three-judge Bench said, and perpetuates the stereotype that only married women are sexually active. All women, even those who are single, are entitled to a safe and legal abortion till 24 weeks of pregnancy. It’s a welcome judgment.

 

Abortions have been legal in India since 1971. Strict rules have been put in place, over the years, for who can terminate a pregnancy considering the preference for a male child and abortion of female foetuses. Under the law, abortion is permitted till 20 weeks of pregnancy for all women on the opinion of a registered medical practitioner. Last year’s amended legislation increased the permissible time limit for abortion from 20 weeks to 24 weeks. However, it had limited the procedure to married women, divorcees, widows, minors, disabled and mentally-ill women, those with foetuses that had major abnormalities and survivors of sexual assault or rape. The court order clarifies that unmarried women in consensual relationships, too, are entitled to the same rights of reproductive autonomy.

Marital rape is yet to be criminalised in the country, but an important aspect of the ruling is that the definition of rape must include marital rape under the provisions of the abortion laws. Like rape survivors, the top court emphasised, married women may also form part of a class of survivors of sexual assault, having become pregnant on account of a non-consensual act by the husband. Non-disclosure of the identity of minors under the Act is another directive that is apt.

 

Rahul Gandhi has accused the National Democratic Alliance government of disempowering adivasis and forested communities by bringing in the new forest conservation rules. The Congress leader, Jairam Ramesh, has also vehemently opposed the new Forest Conservation Rules, 2022, alleging that its guidelines stifle the ease of living of the many in the name of ushering ease of doing business for a chosen few. The Union environment minister, Bhupender Yadav, has said that the new rules do not dilute or infringe upon the provisions of the Forest Rights Act, 2006. Would the new regulations endanger the rights of forest dwellers and tribals?

गाड़ी को चलाने के लिए ईंधन की आवश्यकता होती है, ईंधन स्वयं जल के गाड़ी को ऊर्जा प्रदान करता है। ईंधन स्वयं जल के धुएं में बदल जाता है और गाड़ी को गतिवान बनाता है। यही हाल हमारे देश के लोगों का है जो सदैव राजनीतिक अखाड़े का ईंधन बनते है एवं राजनीतिक दलों और उनकी विचाराधाराओं को गति प्रदाय करते है। ईंधन की भांति लोगों को कुछ नहीं मिलता, उनकी जिन्दगी धुएं की मानिद काली ही रहती है। सारी ऊर्जा राजनीतिक दलों को मिलती है और साल दर साल वे चलायमान होकर जीवन के सारे वैभव प्राप्त करते है।

हमारे कई अनसुलझे सवालों का एक ही जवाब है. कुछ तो है जो सारी होनी और अनहोनी का परम कारण है और वह है सर्वशक्तिमान ईश्वर. अपनी अपनी भाषाओं के आधार पर लोगों ने उसे नाम दिया और भौगोलिक साधनों के आधार पर नाना प्रकार के रीति रिवाज बनाये गए.

हमें फायदे और नुकसान परखने की आदत है. धर्म और कर्म इससे अछूते नहीं. धर्म न मानने वालों के पास अपने इस विस्वास के प्रति हजारों कारण होते हैं. ठीक इसी तरह धार्मिक समुदाय में धार्मिकता के हजारों तथ्य मौजूद हैं. अब सवाल ये उभरकर सामने आता है__दोनों की सार्थकता जिस तथ्य पर निर्भर है वह कितना प्रमाणिक है?

धर्म का अस्तित्व समझने के लिए निम्नलिखित अकाट्य तथ्यों को समझना होगा…..

धर्म की सर्वव्यापकता:

यदि गंभीरता से धर्म की व्यापकता के बारे में सोचा जाये तो दुनिया का ऐसा कोई कोना नहीं जहाँ इसकी मौजूदगी न हो. किसी न किसी रूप में विभिन्न रीती रिवाजों से धार्मिक क्रियाएं संपन्न की जाती हैं. जब आज की तरह फ़ास्ट ट्रवेलिंग के साधन नहीं थे, एक दूसरे तक पहुंचना मुश्किल था. फिर भी लोगों ने अपनी भाषा में एक सर्वशक्तिमान की प्रार्थना की और इसका उन्हें सकारात्मक रिजल्ट भी मिला.

अपार ब्रह्मांड और प्रकृति:

विज्ञान भी नतमस्तक है और इस रहस्य से पर्दा नहीं उठा पाया कि इतना बड़ा ब्रह्मांड कैसे बना? बिग बैंग थ्योरी को मानकर हम पृथ्वी की उत्पत्ति पर अथवा चंद्रमा की उत्पत्ति पर तर्क प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं परंतु इस थ्योरी के लिए उपयुक्त बड़े बड़े पिंड कहाँ से आये? हजारों प्रकास वर्ष तक फैली ये संरचना किसने बनाई? जब हम निरुत्तर होते हैं, एक विस्वास जन्म लेता है. यह अटूट विस्वास हमारा धर्म बन जाता है.

फ्यूचर जनरेशन एक जटिल सवाल:

विज्ञान एवोल्यूशन की थ्योरी में विस्वास करता है. हमारे आवश्यकता के अनुसार हमारे जीवन ऊतकों ने हमारी संरचना में बदलाव किया और हम इस मूर्त रूप में इवॉल्व हुए. परंतु करोणों प्रजातियों को देखा जाए और इनकी उत्पत्ति पर बारीकी से अध्ययन किया जाए तो सारी प्रकृति कुछ बेसिक तत्वों से बने हुए हैं और सालों साल से उनमें अपने पैरेंट सब्जेक्ट से पूरी समानता पायी जाती है. यह जटिल संरचना हमेशा एक जैसी होती है; यह एवोल्यूशन की थ्योरी पर बड़ा सवाल है और एक सर्व शक्तिमान सकारात्मक एनर्जी का प्रमाण. धर्म यहां अपना रूप धारण करता है.

SPIRITUALITY – शांति की खोज:

हमारी समस्याओं की कोई सीमा न थी और न है. हमारे डर के सैकड़ों कारण थे परंतु हमारे जीने का एक ही सहारा था और है भी— वो है, कुछ तो अच्छा होगा? यह क्या है? यह संभावना है; इसका एक ही कारण है हमारा विस्वास उस अनजान अनदेखे शक्ति में.

हमारे कई अनसुलझे सवालों का एक ही जवाब है. कुछ तो है जो सारी होनी और अनहोनी का परम कारण है और वह है सर्वशक्तिमान ईश्वर. अपनी अपनी भाषाओं के आधार पर लोगों ने उसे नाम दिया और भौगोलिक साधनों के आधार पर नाना प्रकार के रीति रिवाज बनाये गए.

अनुभवी लोगों ने आध्यात्मिकता (Spirituality) पर सैकड़ों किताबें लिखा. और जब हमें पता चलता है कोई तो सहारा है जो मेरे ऊपर हमेशा अपना हाथ बनाये रखता है तो हमे शांति की अनुभूति होती है.

नास्तिक विचारधारा:

जब कोई घटना हमारे अनुरूप नहीं घटती, हमारी प्रार्थना अनसुनी सी प्रतीत होती है, तब हमें ईश्वर के होने पर शक होता है और विज्ञान की बिग बैंग व एवोल्यूशन की थ्योरी हमें एक संभावना से दो चार करती हैं. तब हम पुराने अप्रामाणिक प्रतीत होने वाले भगवान को पुरी तरह नकार देते है. परंतु जब सारे फैसले खुद अपनी बुद्धिमत्ता के आधार पर लेते हैं, और सारी घटनाओं की जिम्मेदारी हमारी बन जाती है तो कई समायाएँ भी उत्पन्न होती हैं. जिसमें तमाम तरह के मानसिक रोग शामिल हैं.

विज्ञान धर्म का अस्तित्व सिद्ध करता है:

मनोचिकित्सक मानते हैं कि धर्म को मानने वाले व्यक्ति के अंतर्मन से उत्पन्न शक्तियां उसे किसी भी शारीरिक तथा मानसिक रोगों से उबरने में रामबाण साबित होती हैं. धार्मिक विचारधारायुक्त व्यक्ति सात्विक व शांतिपूर्ण जीवन व्यतीत करता है. वह आम लोगों के विपरीत सुखी, निरोगी और दीर्घायु होता है.

धर्म अटूट श्रद्धा से उत्पन्न होता है जो कि हमारे अंदर सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार करती है. यह ऊर्जा हमें कई असंभव वस्तुओं को प्राप्त करने में सहायक होती है.

हमें किस धर्म को मानना चाहिए?

हम अक्सर इस समस्या में उलझकर रह जाते हैं, कौन सा धर्म सबसे पुराना है? कौन सा ईश्वर सबसे शक्तिमान है? किस मार्ग पर चलकर सर्वशक्तिमान से जल्दी मुलाकात होगी? किस धर्म मे जल्दी सुख और समृद्धि की प्राप्ति होगी?

तो मित्रों! ऐसा कोई धर्म नहीं है. भगवान आप से मिलने नहीं आने वाले और न ही वे आपको छप्पर फाड़ के कुछ देने वाले है. हमारी श्रद्धा ही हमारे भगवान को उत्पन्न करती है और सारे चमत्कार का कारण बनती है. सारी सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार करती है. जिस धर्म को आप मानते है उसे बदलने की जरूरत नहीं. उसे ढंग से समझने की जरूरत है.

अपने ईश्वर में विस्वास करो, अपनी किताबों की बारीकियों को समझो. विद्वानों के अनुभवों से शांति की अनुभूति करो. सारी बिगड़ी खुद ही बनती जाएगी. कोई धर्म हमें लड़ना नहीं सिखाता. हर धर्म शांति और समृद्धि की खोज है तथा जीवन जीने की कला.

मशहूर शायर निदा फ़ाज़ली के शब्दों में… “अक़ीदा तरासो, इबादत करो” अर्थात अपने ईश्वर में दृढ़ श्रद्धा रखो और उसकी पूजा अर्चना करो. अगर कोई धर्म आपको शांति नहीं प्रदान करता, तो नास्तिकता में कोई बुराई नहीं जब तक यह आपको सकारात्मक परिणाम देता है.

The word "media" is used to refer to a variety of communication channels, including radio, television, newspapers, the internet, social media, and various niche blogs. The dissemination of information and knowledge is the primary goal of the media. The best communication tool for a large audience is media. The mass communication approach is successfully carried out with the aid of many media, including electronic media, print media, and social media.

The media is recognised as the fourth pillar of our democracy because it examines government decisions and policies and assesses how well programmes are being implemented. One of the media's key functions is to highlight the concerns and difficulties that the public faces in order to enable their full participation in democracy. 

Media has proven to be a mirror for numerous regimes over the years. Media exposure of scams and problems led to numerous governments losing their power. Indian politics have experienced many ups and downs throughout the years, and the media has managed to analyse it critically. Even during the gloomy times of the emergency, the media maintained its right to free speech and attacked the thenruler blatantly.

The fourth pillar of democracy has been eroding over time steadily and slowly, and recently its rate has accelerated. Governments all over the world are aware of the power of information; in order to manage it, they must have influence over media organisations.

Governments utilise the media as a tool to manipulate the populace by promoting their preferred agenda and preventing the public from learning the truth. The media fabricates unneeded problems, makes them the focus of day and night debates, and hides the true problems. Even the chief justice of India remarked in a case that debates on TV are creating more pollution than anybody. There are allegations on media of paid news, particularly during election seasons.

For many years, the United States has been a stronghold of capitalism. Corporations have significant influence over the US government, and the connection between the two is public knowledge. Five corporate houses dominate 90% of US media, making politics, business, and media a trifecta. In exchange for the government looking after the corporate houses' goal, corporate houses ensure through the media that the majority of information provided is favourable to the popularity of the government.

In India, similar patterns have already begun. Earlier, the state broadcaster would provide news that favoured the government; today, the majority of media outlets are advancing the government's goal without closely examining it. Due to media outlets being owned by corporations, this is now conceivable. Similar to the US, businesses are likewise gaining control over Indian media. In an effort to influence and support the government, billionaires are showing a keen interest in media companies. Very few media outlets that have a reputation for scrutinizing the government are on the verge of losing their ownership to big corporations.

Some journalists who are renowned for bringing the truth to the public's attention have abandoned traditional media in favour of social media platforms. In addition to journalists, people from other professions are creating explicit content with the intention of exposing reality to society. Whistleblowers and investigative journalists have shattered governments' silence via social media because it gives them the freedom and space to speak themselves entirely without being constrained by editors, owners, TRP, etc. The truth will emerge regardless of how much governmental entities and corporations try to stop it.
